Ruth Henderson

Ruth Henderson’s 26-year career spans a wide spectrum of business activities including sales, marketing, customer service, and financial operations, although her specialties are Coaching and Business Process Improvement.

After 17+ years in the automotive and telecommunications industries, Ruth spent more than 5 years in the Ontario Public Service building and leading an innovative and ground-breaking team of more than 60 employees focused on business effectiveness, and identifying over a hundred million dollars in savings opportunities in innovative modern service delivery.

Her formal education at Queen’s University garnered her a BA and an MBA, and she is a Certified Life & Executive Coach (through Certified Coaches Federation), in the process of certification in Adult Education (through Canadian College of Educators), and a Six Sigma Black Belt (through Ford Motor Company).

Ruth’s career experience and education, combined with her natural skills in public speaking, have led to speaking and training engagements with the Conference Board of Canada, Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, The American Society for Quality, and other inter-jurisdictional collaboration opportunities, and she has also worked with the Public Service of Uganda where she helped this developing nation build and improve its own internal processes.

A proven leader, mentor, and coach, Ruth’s experience in change and project management builds on the technical requirements of process design to create a complete approach to improving business results.

Ruth is a writer, blogger, baker, traveler, and cottage-country enthusiast.

 

Nicole Dunn

Nicole Dunn’s more than 10 years of experience with the Ontario Public Service allowed her to build a strong and successful professional portfolio with expertise in finance, leadership, and process improvement.

She pairs a strong technical background in both HR and statistics & data analysis with superior project management and presentation skills, using a creative and vibrant approach to process improvement.

Among other major project successes, Nicole designed and launched ground-breaking processes which introduced time-saving service delivery improvements. A focus on customer service, forward thinking, and innovation allow her to communicate easily with all levels of management.

Nicole’s formal education includes a honours BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Sir Wilfred Laurier University. She is also a certified Life & Executive Coach (through Certified Coaches Federation), and a certified practitioner in Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator assessments and training, Method Time Motion studies, and Appreciative Inquiry.

Nicole is a fitness instructor, a traveler, a vegetarian chef, and an actor.
